Women Empowered Seminar

In this special 2-hour free seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of BJJ and then you will learn several techniques from Women Empowered, the world’s leading beginner BJJ program for women.

Although no experience is necessary, the event often reaches capacity so pre-registration is strongly recommended.
