GRACIE COMBATIVES & MASTER CYCLE STUDENTS

We're looking to recruit some assistant instructors for our growing kids program, Gracie Bullyproof. If you've ever thought about teaching jiu-jitsu, or you enjoy working with kids and have free time in the afternoons

REQUIREMENTS

-Active Gracie Combatives / Master Cycle attendance
-Passionate about helping people
-Available at least 1 day a week to help in kids classes (schedule below)
-Must pass a Background Check

EXPECTATIONS

-Bring a bright smile and an encouraging spirit to every kids' class
-Assist the head instructors to maintain a safe and structured environment
-Help kids pair up and practice basic techniques during classes
-Help coordinate games with the kids in the classes  

OPPORTUNITIES

-Discounted Monthly Tuition: Assistant instructors will receive a discount on their monthly tuition. We will provide specific details for approved instructors.


-Instructor Certification Opportunity: Assistant instructors who perform exceptionally well in the Gracie Bullyproof classes will have the opportunity to pursue full Instructor Certification which could potentially lead to higher level assisting roles, and (potentially) paid teaching opportunities.

Once we have a list of candidates, we will make our selections for who will be accepted into the program and let everyone know. 

 


Assistant Instructor Course


Once we have finalized our list of Assistant Instructors, we will provide training from Gracie University HQ to ensure that all assistants are ready to connect, collect, correct, and communicate on the highest level!
