"I participated in the GST seminar in Raleigh, NC in May of 2017. I've been wanting to attend one for a couple of years and finally Sunny Yu and his awesome staff, put one together.

Being a State Trooper for 19 years, I've always wanted to advance my ground and self defense game.

This seminar's head instructor was Ryron Gracie, and man was he awesome. The material and techniques that he covers in a weeks time is unbelievable. The class targets everything that a Law Enforcement Officer needs to make sure he or she gets home to their family each and every day. If you haven't been to one, I'm telling you as a LEO, it's worth it.

Another great part of the class is meeting other LEO and sharing your stories, beating up on each other, helping each other, and just becoming a tight brotherhood by the end of the week.
