We will be conducting a two hour Free LIVE Self Defense Seminar this will be livestreamed from Gracie University Headquarters
Everyone is invited to attend.
No experience is necessary. No special equipment required
No partner is necessary (although if participants have partners they are welcome)
Presented through a co-ed lens, it will be most enjoyable for students with little to no experience which means bringing a friend would be amazing.
We will cover the most important principles of self-defense against a violent attack in a confined space.
